GOAT™ (Going For GOAT) products are made to order. Because of this, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Incorrect Orders If you receive the wrong item, size, or design, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will correct the issue.
Non‑Returnable Items We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect sizing
• Buyer’s remorse
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Customized or limited‑run items
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically process within 5–10 business days.
