I ordered two pairs of socks—one black and one white. The black pair fit perfectly and looked amazing. As a sneaker enthusiast, I appreciate stylish socks that complement my sneakers. This pair had everything I wanted: a great fit, a stylish look, and a comfortable feel.
However, there was a slight issue. I received the black pair, which I had ordered, but the white pair was more like a sleeve sock. I’m not entirely sure what it is. I would like to exchange the this sleeve thing they sent me for a regular white pair of socks. Unfortunately, I haven’t received a response to my email request for an exchange.

We're also very sorry for the confusion with the white pair. The item shown in your photo is actually a soccer shin guard sleeve, which was mistakenly sent instead of the white socks you ordered.
Please check your email, as our team has already reached out. To make things right, we're sending a new package that includes both a black and a white pair of GOAT Grips™ socks.
